Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods are:

·   Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

·   Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:

o  In order to contact you about an enquiry you have made

o  We are required to register all staying guests with the park owners (SF Parks LTD).

o  We collect bank details so we can return deposits at the end of your stay

How long we keep information

We keep contact information from the enquiry form for 2 years from the date of last contact from you.

If you stay with us we keep all information for 1 year from the date of your last stay

Who we share information with

We have a joint controller relationship with SF Parks LTD. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason:

SF Parks LTD, the park owner require us to register all guests prior to arrival. We are required to provide them with:-

  • Date of arrival
  • Date of departure
  • Full name of lead guest
  • Mobile number of lead guests
  • Vehicle registration
  • Full names of all adults in a party
  • Names and ages of all children.

Others we share personal information with

How to complain
